Mental Health First Aid

Mental health is a big deal, and I believe that everyone should have the tools to support one another. The mental health first aid courses equip you with the knowledge to recognise and respond to mental health challenges with confidence.

I'm all about reducing stigma and creating a warm, supportive atmosphere in workplaces and communities. My aim is to empower people to be there for each other and make our world mentally healthier.

Race Ahead

I'm an accredited Race Ahead course provider. The course tackles issues of racial inequality head-on. They help individuals and organizations better understand the systemic racial disparities that still exist.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

I've created a bespoke course that promotes DEI principles in the workplace, educates staff on how to create a welcoming and inclusive culture, highlights and eliminates bias, and gives people a safe space to learn.

I give you the knowledge and tools to actively work towards a fairer world. I'm all about creating a more equitable society where everyone can shine, regardless of where they come from.
