This 4-hour introductory course is designed to help participants understand the importance of belonging, respect, and fairness in the workplace.

Through practical discussions, real-life examples, and reflective activities, participants will explore the behaviours and everyday actions that contribute to positive and inclusive workplace cultures.

​

The course introduces key concepts related to workplace inclusion and provides practical tools to help participants recognise unconscious bias, communicate respectfully, and support positive relationships across teams.

​

Attendees will leave with greater awareness, increased confidence, and simple actions they can take to help create workplaces where people feel valued, respected, and included.

​

Whether you are new to workplace inclusion or looking to refresh your understanding, this course provides a supportive and engaging space to learn, reflect, and contribute to a more positive workplace culture.
