Apoyo Courses

Our Courses
We offer a range of bespoke training programmes designed to give your people the tools and confidence to build a healthier, more inclusive environment across your institution.

Our courses raise awareness of mental health, address systemic racism, and strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion. These areas are essential for wellbeing, performance, and a positive organisational culture.

By investing in this training, you show a clear commitment to care, respect, and fairness. People feel more confident supporting one another, having honest conversations, and responding to challenges with empathy and clarity.

When wellbeing and inclusion are part of everyday practice, your institution is better placed to grow, lead, and succeed.

"A huge thank you to Fabiola Doano for delivering such an insightful and thought-provoking session on Allyship in Action – Practical Skills for Supporting Gen Z in the Workplace.
In just 90 minutes we explored some incredibly important topics including:
• What diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging really mean in practice
• The difference between equality and equity
• Unconscious bias and micro-inequities
• Why Gen Z expects authenticity, purpose, growth and regular feedback
• How allyship is not about perfection, but consistent action
• Everyday behaviours that help people feel seen, heard and valued
• The powerful A.C.T.I.O.N Framework for practical allyship
One of the standout messages for me was this:
“Gen Z doesn’t experience inclusion through policies, they experience it through behaviour.
There was great energy on the call yesterday, fantastic discussion and a genuine willingness from people to learn from each other and support positive change.”
