This 4-hour DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) Awareness Course is specifically designed to provide essential insights and practical strategies for creating and sustaining an inclusive workplace culture.

Participants will gain understanding of DEI concepts, including key definitions, principles, and the importance of creating equity and belonging in any organisation. Through discussions and real-life examples, attendees will explore inclusive practices that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

The course also focuses on effective, inclusive communication, equipping participants with practical tools to recognise and address unconscious bias, support diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to team collaboration.

 

Attendees will leave with actionable strategies to actively promote inclusivity, strengthen workplace relationships, and create an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
