Apoyo Courses Won an Award!

On 18th July 2025, Apoyo Courses walked into Ashton Gate Stadium with a huge smile and a very full heart.

We were there to receive the "Mental Health First Aid & Inclusion Training Provider of the Year" Award from Prestige Awards.

The day itself was an experience in its own right; a professional photo shoot, video interviews, and the chance to share our passion for creating healthier, more inclusive spaces.

Holding the award in my hands, I felt both proud and humbled. This recognition didn’t happen by accident, it came from the trust, openness, and engagement of the many delegates who have taken part in our courses over the years.

Through Apoyo Courses Ltd., we deliver Mental Health First Aid, anti-racism, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) training. Every session is designed to be practical, easy to follow, and rooted in real life situations so that participants leave feeling confident and equipped to make a difference.

We are really moved by the feedback received. Delegates say they feel our sessions are safe, supportive, and inspiring; that they leave not just with knowledge, but with the courage to have honest conversations and take meaningful action. Some have shared that our training has helped them approach a struggling colleague, stand up against discriminatory behaviour, or start making changes within their organisation.

Hearing those words, and seeing the impact of the work, is what motivates Apoyo Courses every day. And it’s that collective energy, the learning, the openness, the courage of each delegate that has helped us win this award.

And the benefits go beyond individual growth; these courses help organisations succeed and become more productive.

When mental health is supported and inclusion is embraced, teams work better together, creativity flows, and people feel motivated to give their best.

We’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of organisations, across the UK.

Wherever we go, our aim is the same: to create spaces where mental health is supported, diversity is celebrated, and everyone feels they belong.

This award is not the end of the journey, it’s fuel for the next chapter.

So, what’s next?
