Mental Health First Aid Courses

At Apoyo, we provide a range of Mental Health Courses for organisations of all sizes.

We offer the full range of MHFA courses:

  • 2-day Mental Health First Aider course

  • 1-day Mental Health Champion course

  • Half-day Mental Health Awareness course

  • Half-day Refresher course

  • Half-day Mental Health Skills for Managers course

 

Wherever your company is on its journey with employee mental health, I can work with you to identify the right level of support, and then deliver the course either face to face or online.
