Mental Health First Aid England
We are a social enterprise, a company without shareholders. We offer expert guidance and training to support mental health, in the workplace and beyond.
We want our training to create an unshakable belief that we can all talk freely about mental health and seek support when we need it. We will achieve this through our mission to train one in ten people in mental health awareness and skills.
OCD Action
The UK's largest OCD charity. For over 25 years OCD Action has been delivering frontline services which make a tangible and long-term difference to the lives of people with OCD, their families, carers and friends.
Mind

Through more than 100 local Mind associations—autonomous, affiliated charities—the organization delivers various services, including care homes and self-help support groups.
Black Minds Matter UK
Black Minds Matter UK is a fully registered charity connecting Black individuals and families with free therapy by qualified and accredited Black therapists. Mental Health Effects After a Traumatic Accident
This is a website from USA, and I have seen the information they share is very useful
Mental trauma after an accident can severely limit your ability to resume regular activities. It is normal to experience distress after a car accident, but treatment may be necessary if it is prolonged and interferes with daily functioning. The right support makes recovery from emotional trauma after a car accident attainable.

Home of the largest community of Counsellors and Psychotherapists of Black, African, Asian and Caribbean Heritage in the UK.
